We had a wedding dinner celebration at the Melting Pot that surpassed our expectations! The pre planning with Jenny was fantastic, Chad was so warm and welcoming and Thea our waitress was outstanding. They all went above and beyond to make the evening special for all! And added special touches along the way! Food was delicious and was served with great care and enthusiasm and great timing. We asked for a champagne toast and some extra decor which was extraordinary and top shelf! Thanks to Chad, Jenny and Thea and to the Melting Pot for a memorable evening!

Melting Pot always has an amazing atmosphere and food! However, tonight was beyond exceptional! The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary with sweet celebrations to surprise me with when we arrived and the best time! But the HIGHLIGHT of our night?? Our server RYLEIGH!! We go out to eat often and have frequented the Melting Pot many times and while we have always had good service, Ryleigh was EXCEPTIONAL. I am talking she KNOWS her stuff, was SO enthusiastic, kind and FUN; and even finished our night off with the sweetest little gift to take home!! I seriously can NOT emphasize enough how beyond amazing, exceptional, wonderful, and ABOVE AND BEYOND she was (AND HER SERVICE!!!)! This girl deserves EVERYTHING, I will seriously never stop talking about THIS anniversary Melting Pot experience with the BEST waitress and PERSON of all time - Ryleigh! Thank you thank you thank you!! RYLEIGH IS AMAZING!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! They really went over the top for our anniversary. Macey was an amazing server and gave us a full breakdown on our first fondue adventure. If you’re in the area be sure to come by and enjoy yourself at the melting pot in Mayfaire!!!!

Came for my wife’s birthday, and they immediately started off with a 5 star rating. How this came about was, they called to see if anyone had any allergies. That set the bar. I’ve eaten a lot places in a lot cities across the country. This was the first place that ever contacted us to ask that. The meal consisted of 4 courses. I’ll tell you, it seemed like it was measured proportional to what people should eat. By the time you were done, I wasn’t hungry. The food was exceptionally excellent. Yes you read that right. Exceptionally excellent. The waitress was phenomenal!! We were so impressed, we’re coming back for our anniversary in about two weeks and already have it scheduled!

My fiancée brought me here for our anniversary, we were walked to a private table with rose petals and a candle! Our server (Austin) was so nice and helpful and silly! The food was amazing as well ! We had a great experience overall but we definitely had the best server!
